| Fiberglass poles break, bad customer service I purchased this at another store. The first time I used it, got it set up and took 1 shower. The next day it was leaning so checked it out and one of the fiberglass poles had broke. The poles were shock corded and the metal part they slip into had bent on the other poles. Called the company but because I didn't have the reciept they said they could only sell me new ones which cost as much as the whole thing had. I'm afraid if I buy them they will do the same thing. | It sets up well, seems durable, is larger than it seems, and works well I would only change it to add a curtain between the wet area and the changing room. Also would like a way to hang a shower bladder above the center of the shower area. Works well and I am glad I bought it. Just wish it had not been used and dirty.
