This tent is huge. I am 6'4" and I can stand effortlessly anywhere in this tent (Not just in the center). The down sides are that you need some size and strength to put up this tent. The tent weighs about 30-40 pounds so its a bit much for my wife to lift and carry by herself. It is also has a 7 foot ceiling. Getting the rain fly over the top and raising the roof during assembly could be tricky if you are shorter than 6'.

But luckily for me I am not short so I have no complaints about the weight or the height. I can assemble this ten t completely by myself in about 20 mins without rushing.

THe great part about this tent is that it really does not have that many poles to thread through sleeves. There are only the 3 on the roof. The 6 vertical poles don't go in sleeves and so they take no hassle. The rain fly pole also doesn't go into a sleeve so it is a cinch too.

The tent is not too complicated to assemble, its just tricky getting the first wall...

Great tent.
I have always owned a eureka tent. The last one was a 12x12. I had it for 25 years.
Pros
- This tent is a little more complex with setup but still easy to put up if you keep the instructions.
- Takes about 12 minutes to put up and needs 2 people to set up in 12 minutes.
- It's big but there's so much room even with 2 queens sized air beds there is more room to play games on a rainy day.
- It has a partition to make it 2 rooms but that can be rolled up to make a big room.
- Lots of storage overhead net, pockets on the walls and partition.
- doors on both sides. Not really crazy about it but the kids liked having there own entrance and it reduced traffic with bath room runs at night.
- held up well in a down pour. Some condensation around door seams. I did water proof some seams but missed some around the door.

Cons:
- No awning. What happen here eureka?
- Slightly complex set up without the instructions handy but not...

Great for Family Camping
If you are looking for a tent big enought to accomodate a family (mine is a family of 5 with 3 small children)look no further. I will say if you want light weight and easy packability look else where. But, this one is great for families. I love the height (I am 6'1" and I easily stand in it with plenty of room to spare.) It has numerous windows for nice wind flow. If you are at a campsite with electric it has an electric port so you can get electricity inside to run a fan on those hot summer nights. Also comes with a divider wall so parents can have one side and kids have the other. Overall the construction is very good and we have had no problems or failures with this tent. It has the quality you expect from a Eureka tent. I would definately recommend this tent to other families looking for a big tent to fit all of the bodies and gear needed for camping with kids. Only one drawback: you absolutely need two people to put it up.
