| previous asolo client We have purchased the Asolo 3 man tents and I just feel it necessary to warn you that even though the tent we purchased was awesome and everything we wanted.. one of the poles broke and so we contacted the company. (we had only used it 2-3 times) The American contact was extremely prompt in answering my inquiries, but then sent us to a canadian contact since the tents are actually made in Canada. It has been several weeks and they will not return calls or emails, nothing! It is very frustrating! I would look elsewhere, at least to a company that you get get replacement parts if you need it. We have had to purchase another tent just to get us through until we, if we ever, hear back from this company. What a shame! And the tents really are rather nice. Not sure if anyone else has had issues with broken poles? | Raincover is short, Floor is not waterproof I used this tent first time in Uttarkashi, Himalayan Hills. It did not withstand a short rain and hail.
